Stand Up To Obama

Article 1 Section 1 of the United States Constitution reads “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

When this President declares that he "can't wait" for Congress and instead seeks to rule by royal decree, he is literally violating the first written law of our nation. Congress must stand up for its constitutional authority and fight the flagrant abuse of the executive order. 

This issue is about the basic, constitutional construction of our government that every elected official has sworn to uphold. This fundamental disregard of the Constitution must be challenged if we are to remain governed by the people.
