Prosecute Eric Holder

The Department Of Justice has gone to great lengths to make an example out of perjuring sports stars like Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds.  When Eric Holder testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, he committed blatant perjury regarding his knowledge and involvement in "Fast and Furious," and he did it as the head of the Department of Justice. Under Obama, a tax-cheat is running the IRS (Timothy Geithner) and a felon is leading the DOJ (Eric Holder). An independent special prosecutor must be appointed to investigate and prosecute this crime. As the nation's top law enforcement officer, if he is convicted of perjury he should face the absolute maximum penalty.
